Note To Self: once you get it going, it's easier to keep it going. This goes for all habits, both bad and good. Also please forgive the blur, it was dark and I was in a hurry

Note To Self: One of the hardest lessons I've ever learned (and am still learning): if you're 100% committed, it's easy to stick to it, but if you're only 99% committed that 1% will sting you in the ass every time.

Note To Self: you can't get where you're going if you don't even know where you are (...that sounded way better, I should have wrote that instead)
